We are an association created by psychologists, whose objective is to facilitate access to relevant and accessible information on mental health.
We specialize in the areas of pain, trauma, and sexuality. Our workshops are open to everyone and are not just for people experiencing psychological difficulties. More broadly, they aim to help everyone better understand their own functioning, their body, and their mental health, through prevention, information, and awareness-raising.

the body in full awareness
an experience with horses
This workshop offers a mindfulness experience in contact with horses, allowing participants to slow down, reconnect with their senses, and pay new attention to what is happening within and around them. Through sensory exercises, breathing techniques, observation, and movement, participants are invited to cultivate their presence, identify their emotions, and rediscover the joy of simply being in the moment.
mindful movement
regain confidence in your body
This workshop is designed to help participants gently reconnect with conscious and intentional movement through a greater awareness of their bodies. The workshop combines psychological exercises, accessible theoretical concepts, mindful breathing practices, and guided movement exercises.

taboo areas
breathe, feel, inhabit your perineum
This workshop gently invites you to explore the topic of the pelvic floor and body image in a supportive, respectful, and non-judgmental space. The exercises offered help develop awareness of the pelvic floor and strengthen the connection between body, breath, and movement.
the woman's desires
to reconnect with one's desires
Participants are invited to reflect on what desire means to each of them. Scrapbooking materials are provided to support this reflection and allow them to express their relationship to desire in a creative and free way.

Women's Health
Understanding and alleviating premenstrual syndrome
Understanding and managing premenstrual syndrome (PMS) by exploring the menstrual cycle, hormonal balance, and possible underlying causes of symptoms. It offers practical tools in nutrition, micronutrition, stress management, and cycle tracking that can be implemented in daily life.
Move, create, share
bodywork
A movement workshop that invites you to reconnect with your body, your sensations, and your vital energy through physical exercises, music, and group exploration. In a supportive and safe environment, everyone can participate at their own pace, promoting physical and emotional regulation and exploring different ways of relating to themselves and others.
